About the Company

Kenpo Sandwich manufactures customized sandwich panels primarily for the transport and construction sectors. Our products are most commonly found in truck superstructures, passive houses, Attefall houses, or other product areas such as marine. Kenpo Sandwich started in 1992 and has been owned by the publicly traded parent company Seafire AB since 2022.

We currently have 22 employees, of which 5 are office staff. Our operations are located in Halmstad with a production hall of approximately 2700 sqm excluding office space. We aim for a sustainability perspective and are keen that both products and organization align with the company's vision of being a “Leading sandwich manufacturer focused on sustainable and affordable products.”

About the Position

As the Sales Manager at Kenpo Sandwich, you will play a key role in the company's continued development. You will work both operationally and strategically with sales and business development. You will plan, lead, and work towards achieving the company's set goals regarding market and sales, in close collaboration with other colleagues such as construction, technical manager, and purchasing. You will closely collaborate with the CEO and become part of the management team.

Main Responsibilities:

• New customer acquisition and further development of existing customers and products
• Responsible for quotes, contracts, and price negotiations
• Develop and follow up on marketing plans based on the business plan
• Contribute to developing the sales module in our ERP system and achieving more secure processes
• Drive business development projects regarding material choices and the construction of our products.
• Drive and plan for trade fairs or other initiatives

The position is full-time and based at the office in Halmstad. Travel occurs a few times a month, both within Sweden and sometimes to other countries in Europe. A company car according to the corporate car policy is included.

About You

We are looking for someone with documented experience in complex B2B sales of a technical nature. Experience from the transport or construction industry is advantageous, as is a post-secondary education in a relevant field. You have good negotiation skills and experience in writing and following up on quotes and contracts. You possess a good technical understanding and are accustomed to working independently and results-oriented with clear sales and growth goals.

We believe you are structured and have the ability to build both short and long-term.

A valid driver's license and fluency in both spoken and written Swedish and English are required for the position.

About the Employment and Application

The position is a permanent full-time employment, starting by agreement. The workplace is located in Flygstaden in Halmstad, where both office and production are situated. You will be employed directly by Kenpo Sandwich. The recruitment process is ongoing.
