ABOUT THE POSITION
As customer support, you will be the face of Effira and the first point of contact for our customers. You will become an important part of their team where you handle customer inquiries, guide users in using the company's app, and contribute to a smooth customer experience. The role also includes internal support and administrative tasks, and you are expected to be an active do'er who wants to help shape the future. The work is located on-site at the office hotel where Effira is based and takes place during weekdays, office hours.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities
The role mainly involves handling customer support and administration, but as the company is in an expansion phase, flexibility and a lack of prestige are important. This is because the tasks may change over time as the company and its product develop.
Examples of tasks that may occur:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone and email
- Guide customers to the right solutions and promote self-service with the app
- Perform basic troubleshooting of the app and explain its features
- Support internal processes and manage administrative information
- Act as internal support for colleagues regarding system information
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
- Has a relevant high school diploma
- Has experience in customer service or a service profession
- Is familiar with working in CRM systems and case management systems
- Has a genuine interest in technology and digital solutions
- Has a strong sense of service and excellent communication skills
- Is curious and has a proactive approach
It is a plus if you have:
- Experience in troubleshooting
- Interest or knowledge in the energy sector
