RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Tactical Buyer, you will face exciting challenges with the opportunity to broaden your knowledge in the energy and environmental sector. You are a key person who independently drives processes in close collaboration with decision-makers from our various business areas.

Main responsibilities:

Conduct procurements in all areas of HEM according to LUF
Contract management and follow-up
Support the organization in purchasing and contract issues
Contribute to improvement work, efficiency within the function, and contribute to the company's overall goal achievement
Participate in relevant purchasing and procurement networks

Our department is driven by innovation and using legislation in the best way to contribute to the best deals for the entire HEM. We have a fully electronic procurement process and are constantly working on digitalization to streamline our flows. Decisions and contracts are signed electronically, and record-keeping is done automatically. QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a post-secondary education in purchasing, procurement, law, economics, or another relevant field.

To succeed in this role, we see that you have:

At least 3 years of experience in procurement within the public sector
Experience working independently, analyzing, structuring, and prioritizing your work
Experience with e-procurement or other procurement systems

We are looking for someone with a strong commitment to energy and environmental issues, who has the ability to translate ideas and requirements into tailored contracts. It is an advantage if you have experience from similar operations. The work requires that you have good knowledge of Swedish and that you express yourself well both in writing and orally, as well as understand complex linguistic materials and produce your own documents of high quality. You are driven, business-minded, and solution-oriented with high integrity and take responsibility for the entire procurement process, from planning and execution to subsequent evaluation and follow-up.
