About the Role
We are now looking for a structured and committed Global Distribution Coordinator for our client's global delivery team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient order management, distribution, and customer support in an international context. The position offers you the opportunity to work closely with both internal and external stakeholders and be a key player in the delivery of life-saving medications.
Your Future Responsibilities You will work operationally and coordinatively with a focus on customer orders, logistics, improvement work, and compliance with regulations. The role involves close collaboration with both customers, third-party logistics partners, and internal functions.
Examples of tasks:
- Receive, manage, and follow up on customer orders
- Coordinate batch reservations, picking and packing, and booking of transports
- Be responsible for invoicing, crediting, and handling returns
- Qualification and onboarding of new customers according to regulations
- Coordinate monthly reconciliation of sales and inventory with logistics partners
- Act as the primary contact person for logistics partners regarding EDI issues or master data
- Initiate and drive improvement initiatives within existing processes
- Participate in and lead meetings with logistics partners and follow up on KPIs
- Manage Change Controls, deviations, and CAPAs as needed
- Administer and follow up on serialization alerts in accordance with FMD
We are looking for someone who
- Has knowledge of GDP, SOPs, and IFS (or equivalent business systems)
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Swedish
- Interest in IT/IS systems
You are a structured and solution-oriented person who enjoys taking responsibility and collaborating with many different contacts. You have an eye for detail but never lose sight of the big picture. You prioritize effectively and are not afraid to question routines that can be improved.

Start: January 7, 2026 Location: Stockholm Extent: Full-time (100%), 6 months with a chance of extension Employment Type: Consulting assignment via Wrknest Work Method: Most days on-site, all days on-site during the introduction
