Connecting Jobs, part of the Beredskapslyftet initiative, works to help newcomers in Sweden enter the labor market. By collaborating with engaged employers and partners, we build bridges between skills and needs – creating opportunities for both people and businesses.
Connecting Jobs is funded by the European Union through the Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund (“AMIF”).
We are looking for an engaged and analytical person who wants to combine relationship-building work with data-driven development. The role is a combination of Key Account Manager and Administrator, where you will both nurture and develop our employer relationships and structure data and insights to improve our matching work between candidates and companies.
You will also assist with reporting on our projects and provide administrative support in our application processes.

Account Manager & Administrator
Responsibilities:
As an Account Manager:
- Develop and maintain relationships with employers and partners
- Follow up on collaborations and ensure high satisfaction among employers
- Contribute to upselling our services and initiatives
- Be the contact person and provide professional support throughout the process
- Stay updated on the validation of diplomas, certificates, and licensing requirements for newcomers in various professions
- Monitor labor market developments, skills needs, and in-demand professions in different regions
As an Administrator:
- Compile and analyze data from our CRM system (Ponty) to identify trends and needs
- Contribute to developing our internal workflows and data-driven processes
- Collaborate with the team on how to use data effectively
- Assist with reporting in our various projects
- Provide administrative support in our application and project processes
Requirements:
- Proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Experience in customer responsibility, partnerships, or Key Account Management
- Familiarity with working with data, preferably in CRM systems and Excel/Google Sheets
- Analytical ability to transform data into practical improvements
- Experience in labor market or educational initiatives for newcomers is a plus
- Detail-oriented, structured, and resilient under stress
