As an administrative assistant, you will work closely with managers and be an important support in the daily operations. You contribute to ensuring everything runs smoothly – from planning and administration to contact with external partners.

About the position

We at Perido are looking for an administrative assistant for our client, a well-known company in the fashion industry. You will be based at the client's office in central Stockholm.

Your responsibilities

In this role, you will have a broad and varied everyday life where you collaborate with several different teams within the organization. You will become a central part of the office and a natural contact person for both colleagues and external suppliers. You will thrive here if you enjoy structure, like helping others, and value a workplace with a fast pace and a good atmosphere.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Managing invoices and assisting managers, controllers, and HR with financial administration
  • Approving timesheets in the HR system
  • Booking travel and hotels
  • Managing expense reports for managers
  • Owning and administering distribution lists
  • Providing administrative support and practical help to managers as needed
  • Ordering flowers and gifts for various occasions
  • Planning and coordinating social activities, workshops, breakfasts, and after-work events

Your qualities

You are a person who thrives when you can keep track of the details while also seeing the bigger picture. You are structured, responsible, and able to prioritize when many things are happening at once. You enjoy creating order, take initiative, and are happy to contribute to improving routines and working methods. Your service mindset is strong – you like to provide support and solve problems before they arise. You are also social and unpretentious, which allows you to quickly build trust and collaborate smoothly with different people. Additionally, you have a positive energy that contributes to a pleasant atmosphere in the office, whether it’s about everyday logistics or planning social activities.

Qualifications:

  • At least one year of documented experience in administrative work, reception, office service, or equivalent
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Meritorious:

  • Previous experience working in HR or financial systems is considered a plus

Scope and start date

Full-time, consulting assignment until 2026-04-30. Start immediately.
