Security Administrator

The Security Department supports the Traffic Administration and SL AB in security matters at various levels.

The Security Administrator is a versatile role that will support the department with the administration of systems, documents, security routines, and other security-related tasks.

At the Traffic Administration, you will work with strong brands such as SL, Waxholmsbolaget, Transport Services in the Stockholm Region, and the Tram Museum.

About the role

In this role, you will, among other things:

• Perform and facilitate ongoing administrative work for the section
• Handle operational questions and problems related to administration and case management, with the ability to prioritize during urgent matters
• Contribute to streamlining the section's deliveries within the security area
• Take responsibility for developing and improving administrative routines and working methods
• Plan and execute onboarding and offboarding according to established routines
• Keep the department's intranet pages updated
• Collaborate with the regional management office on administrative security protection issues

You easily collaborate across different sub-areas and functions, and you build good relationships through clear communication and respect for others' competencies. You are used to prioritizing and managing operational questions with high integrity, which allows you to make decisions that are both strategically correct and ethically grounded. Your ability to maintain focus under pressure while seeing the big picture makes you a stable and reliable resource in the organization.

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education
• Several years of experience in a coordinating role that includes administrative and operational support
• Good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish
• Familiarity with Excel and Word

Meritorious:

• Knowledge of security protection
• Education in the security field
