ABOUT THE POSITION

In the role of educational leader, you will be central in ensuring high-quality education, both online and on-site. You will be responsible for administration, student contact, and driving successful educational programs. You will work closely with colleagues and industry actors to meet skill needs.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities

• Support student groups of about 20 people per class
• Lead classes in the nursing assistant training on-site
• Be responsible for short courses within the healthcare segment, where everything is conducted digitally
• Follow up on internship periods and ensure that students receive the right support
• Take on greater administrative responsibility in connection with distance courses and have more communication and closer dialogue with students and teachers in physical educational programs

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Has a recognized post-secondary education
• Has administrative skills and good system proficiency
• Has very good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing, as the language is used in daily work

It is an advantage if you have:

• Studied at a vocational college yourself
• Worked with project management
• Studied personnel orientation
• Experience working with student support and mentoring

Finally, you are also socially energetic, someone who contributes with drive, engagement, and the ability to keep the pace up even when there is a lot happening.
