Office Host Wanted in Central Gothenburg

We are now looking for you to take on the role of office host for our client at the best address in Gothenburg - in one of the city's finest offices. This is the perfect role for you who is passionate about service and always strives to go the extra mile! This is a consulting assignment for about 2 months starting at the end of December and lasting until February 20, 2026.

Job Description

In this role, you will take care of the daily routines that make the office pleasant and functional. You ensure that our kitchens and pantries are always clean and organized – loading and unloading dishwashers, keeping microwaves and refrigerators clean, and handling regular restocking.

You are responsible for ordering and receiving fruit, coffee, and other basic supplies, and you ensure that there is always coffee and snacks ready in the morning. You also keep track of inventory and restock refrigerators, freezers, and storage. You help maintain order in the client's common areas by ensuring they are fresh and stocked with what is needed. Working hours are scheduled between 08:30 and 16:00.

In short: you create a welcoming and functional environment by taking care of the most important daily tasks in the office!

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in working with service, and you likely have had a similar role before. You are positive, social, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where no day is the same! You are responsible and have the ability to see what needs to be prioritized at the moment. Furthermore, you have a good ability to take initiative and enjoy working both in a team and independently.
