Administrator at Forensic Psychiatry Care Stockholm
Are you a meticulous administrator looking to work in an organization with an important social mission?
Forensic Psychiatry Care Stockholm is a regional clinic providing forensic psychiatric care in Stockholm County, with approximately 550 employees distributed across two sections, in Huddinge and Upplands Väsby.
Our mission includes receiving individuals who, under the influence of severe mental disorders, have committed crimes and have been referred to care by the court according to the law on forensic psychiatric care. Learn more about our mission at Forensic Psychiatry Care Stockholm.
We are now seeking an administrator for our staff based in Flemingsberg, Huddinge. We are twelve employees who, in our various roles, support and develop the clinic's operations. Our office is located opposite Huddinge Hospital, about a ten-minute walk from the commuter train station, with good bus connections.

Job Responsibilities
The position is newly established, and the tasks may evolve based on the needs of the organization. Responsibilities may include:
- Handling of documents related to care injury investigations and complaints
- Managing requests from insurance companies
- Personnel archives
- Simpler administrative tasks within care statistics and registry maintenance
- Compiling care-related reports and presentations
- Contact with the workplace's suppliers and reporting faults
- Other tasks that may arise within the framework of the clinic's mission.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with relevant high school or post-secondary education and:
- Proficient in the Swedish language, both spoken and written
- Good knowledge of the Office suite
- Familiar with the patient journal system Take Care
- Previous experience in healthcare operations.
It is an advantage if you have nursing education and archival knowledge.

We will conduct ongoing selection for this position. We apply drug testing in connection with employment.
Employment Type
Permanent employment. Full-time, 39.5 hours/week. Start date according to agreement. A probationary period may be applied. The position will be filled provided it is not needed for internal relocation, according to current regulations.
For patient-related work within the Stockholm County healthcare area:
- Background checks will be applied before a hiring decision according to SLSO's overarching guidelines for background checks during employment.
- Employees who will have patient contact must undergo a pre-employment medical examination, according to current directives, which is conducted through occupational health services before employment.
- In addition to Swedish professional certification, good knowledge of the Swedish language at level C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) is required. The same requirements apply to non-licensed staff with patient contact.
