At Jula, we always aim higher and are now taking further steps to develop as the international company we are. We do this by strengthening our organization within Assortment, Sales, and Purchasing. We are now looking for a curious and development-oriented Category Planner. In this role, you will be responsible for developing the business together with two of our category teams; following up and creating an attractive assortment offering for our customers. The main responsibility is to ensure the category's sales forecasts according to budget and outcome to contribute to Jula's total sales and profitability. This is done by analyzing sales and monitoring inventory levels, as well as supporting Category Managers with decision-making data.

Furthermore, you will also be responsible for implementing category changes and updates within the category, as well as for an efficient phasing in and out of items. You will contribute and flag actions to minimize sales losses or excessive inventory on outgoing products. As a Category Planner, you will report to the Category Area Manager.

What’s in your CV?

You have experience in financial analysis and follow-up and/or have education in finance. Experience from DIY and retail is an advantage. You are proficient in English, both spoken and written, and have good knowledge of Office programs as well as experience working in business and follow-up systems.

Good to know

The position is a permanent full-time employment with an initial 6-month probation period, located at Jula's headquarters in Skara. Jula has a collective agreement with Unionen.
