We are now looking for a Finance Project Manager for a larger Swedish company within critical infrastructure. The assignment involves leading and driving the organization's work within Finance and Procurement in connection with a comprehensive transformation towards Next Generation ERP S/4HANA.

The right consultant has several years of experience leading business and IT-driven transformations with a focus on finance and procurement areas, as well as a solid understanding of economic processes and financial models. Experience with ERP projects, preferably with SAP and S/4HANA, is highly desirable. The consultant will be part of the client's internal team and will work together with them to ensure a successful project.

Examples of tasks

• Project management including budget, resource planning, timeline, and reporting to the steering group
• Stakeholder management internally and externally
• Process development and change management
• Lead and structure requirements work
• Communication with the business and other relevant parties

Competence requirements

• Senior project manager with at least 7–8 years of experience in driving projects according to established models
• Several years of experience leading business and IT transformations within finance and procurement
• Knowledge and/or experience of agile methodologies
• Extensive experience in change management and business development
• Very good understanding of financial processes and economic models
• Documented experience in ERP projects, preferably SAP ERP and S/4HANA transformations
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English
• Ability and interest in leading specialists
