The role of systems engineer

As a systems engineer with us, you will:

• Work with system design, requirements management, and technical solutions for advanced systems in areas such as defense, vehicles, and IoT.
• Be a central link between customer needs and technical implementations.
• Participate in and drive development projects with a holistic perspective, from concept to delivery.
• Collaborate with experienced colleagues in cross-functional teams, both locally and remotely.
• Contribute to strengthening our new site and creating long-term customer relationships.

We are looking for someone who

• Has a technical university degree or equivalent experience in systems development or embedded systems.
• Has solid experience in systems work and requirements management in complex environments.
• Is familiar with tools and methods such as Jira, DOORS, UML, or similar.
• Has good communication skills and enjoys collaborating in agile teams.
• Is fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Experience with model-based design, technical standards, or certifications such as SAFe or similar is a plus.
