We are now looking for a customer service representative for our Customer Success Team who wants to contribute to the modernization of legal services.

About the role

Our Customer Success Team ensures that customers receive quick and professional assistance right from the first call. We are looking for a dedicated customer service representative who is passionate about providing efficient, high-quality service. Through your approach, you ensure that customer satisfaction is at its peak and that communication with both external and internal stakeholders flows smoothly. Your tasks include, among others:

• Handling customer service inquiries
• Answering phone calls and emails
• Selling legal advice
• Contact with authorities and courts
• Calendar and travel bookings
• Case updates in digital systems
• Mail handling
• Supporting colleagues with administration

The position can be applied for with placement in Gothenburg, Stockholm, Vänersborg, or Borås.

Requirements

We are looking for a person with basic experience in service and sales who is at the beginning of their career. You have likely worked in a call center, hotel reception, or a similar position with active sales. You speak both Swedish and English fluently and can comfortably switch between the languages. As a person, you are driven, structured, and keen on making a good impression and finding solutions. You thrive on being the “spider in the web” in a dynamic work environment with a fast pace and gain energy from achieving concrete goals.

• High school diploma with good grades
• Good knowledge of Office 365
• Fluent in Swedish and English
• 1-2 years of experience in a sales role
