We are now looking for engaging and caring personal assistants to support an active 20-year-old boy with NPF in northern Stockholm. We are looking for an assistant who is positive, active, attentive, and confident in themselves, speaks fluent Swedish, and is non-smoking. Your tasks will be to provide personal assistance in daily life and do so with responsibility and positive energy!

We are primarily looking for substitutes for extra work, with the possibility of more permanent work in the long run if everything goes well. Working hours are during the day and evenings on weekdays.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a personal assistant
• Experience working with NPF
• Clear and structured

Personal qualities

• Calm, patient, and confident in yourself.
• Good ability to cooperate and respect for routines and structure.
• Attentive and observant – you can interpret non-verbal communication.
• Ability to handle stress and work in a low-arousal manner in challenging situations.
• Confident in working both independently and in a team (double assistance).

The work is normally based in Vallentuna/Täby in Stockholm but may also take place in other locations during activities.
