About the Position
In the role of operations expert in the Services and Collaboration unit, you will play a key role in driving the development of system-related operational support related to Tillväxtverket's funding processes, primarily focusing on development within the European Regional Development Fund. In your role, you will support product owners, UX designers, and development teams with expertise regarding various support measures, both from a processing and applicant perspective. You will also collaborate with business developers to contribute to efficient processing support. The work includes securing the needs picture from a preparation perspective to contribute to simplification and effective implementation. You will have a coordinating function between target groups and development. We strive for user-friendly system support and to create conditions for processing to be efficient, legally secure, and transparent. You need to have a good overview and the ability to balance needs, legal security, and follow-up from a system development perspective. In the team-oriented work, you will contribute to needs refinement, user dialogues, and testing. We are distributed teams primarily using digital collaboration methods.
Your Place of Work:
Gothenburg, Malmö, Stockholm, or Östersund
We are looking for someone who has:
- Experience in processing support measures and/or developing and leading support management in a government agency,
- Experience working with digital case management support for funding, national and for the European Regional Development Fund,
- The ability to drive development work and deepen your understanding of needs dialogues related to system solutions,
- A degree from a university or college equivalent to at least 3 years in economics, law, political science, digital development, or another area that Tillväxtverket deems relevant for the position,
- Good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
The following are advantageous:
- Experience translating needs into requirements for system development,
- Experience working with user testing,
- Familiarity with the implementation perspective of program areas within the European Regional Development Fund,
- Experience working with user support,
- Experience with agile working methods.
