About the Position
Discover an exciting opportunity as a management assistant where your main responsibility is to nurture and strengthen our customer relationships by supporting our managers. In your role with us, you will work very independently and have the chance to influence your role and working methods.
Your work and performance will primarily be assessed based on customer satisfaction, where your ability to develop and strengthen your customer account with upselling plays a central role.
You will be a driving force in actively contributing to building and developing our business. Furthermore, there will be great opportunities to shape your future role and grow together with us.
Your Responsibilities Include
- Continuous customer contact and follow-up
- Technical advice to customers
- Move-in and move-out inspections
- Supervisions and maintenance inspections
- Handle insurance matters
- Drive smaller property-related projects
We Are Looking For Someone Who
- Has experience in technical property management
- Has a relevant post-secondary education in property technology or similar
- Has excellent knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
- Has good experience with the Office package and good IT skills.
- Has a B driver's license.

Additional Information
- Location: Gothenburg
- Scope: Full-time, permanent with a 6-month probationary period
- Start: By agreement, preferably as soon as possible
