We are looking for you – who sees each child's unique ability with a focus on individual development and learning.

The position is 60% from February 2026 to June 2026 and may be extended. The position may be filled earlier than February.

Meritorious: childcare worker or another educational qualification, a big plus if you have experience with TAKK and clarifying pedagogy.

Job Responsibilities:

You will work with your colleagues to develop the educational work at the preschool based on Lpfö 18.

Plan for flexible solutions around individual children and at the group level.

Work according to Hagvidson's guiding principles of safety, participation, and joy.

Develop an inclusive environment for the children.

Actively work to stimulate curiosity and the desire to play and learn.

Be flexible, positive, and enjoy sharing experiences with other educators.

Foster good parent contact.

About the Job:

Our preschool is located in Malmaberg and is a small family-oriented unit with two departments. At Hagvidson Ekot, we work in smaller child groups for most of the day. You will be involved in reflection, planning, and documentation of the activities. With us, children's interests are taken into account and their influence is the foundation of our operations.

Outdoor education and project work in line with Green Flag are prioritized. The ability to create trusting and professional relationships with guardians is of great importance.

The preschool works with clarifying pedagogy and TAKK. The curriculum (Lpfö18) and the Convention on the Rights of the Child guide us in all moments of the day.

We expect you to be active and follow the child, guide and support their learning and progression. It is very important that you speak Swedish well.

You will have happy educators and children who appreciate that you come and strengthen our organization. Our chef prepares food from scratch in the preschool kitchen, and you will eat pedagogically together with the children and other educators.
