About the position We are seeking personal assistants for a sixty-year-old woman with secondary progressive MS, residing in Västerås. The positions are hourly contracts for work as needed and during the absence of regular staff. Our client speaks for herself and tells you what needs to be done. There are several aids available in the home. Tasks may include turning, transfers, personal hygiene, cooking, and assisting with training.  The working hours are scheduled as follows:

• 09:00-09:00 (with approx. 8 hours of waiting time/night).

She has an interest in music, cooking, and shopping; if you share these interests with her, we see it as a positive. She is also active, enjoys being outdoors, and spends a lot of time with her family. About you We place great importance on the personal letter and would like you to tell us more about yourself, your interests, and experiences in it. As a personal assistant with us, you play a crucial role in creating a safe and meaningful everyday life for our client. You will be an important part of their life and contribute to their independence and well-being. We believe that you who are applying for this position are a person who is attentive, responsible, flexible, and cooperative. The most important thing is that there is personal chemistry between you as an applicant and the client. This may become decisive in the final selection. You must

• Be smoke-free,
• Not be allergic to pets,
• Have fluent knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing,
• Be able to handle transfers and lifts of various kinds.

It is meritorious if you

• Have experience in personal assistance.

Scope: Extra/as needed. Number of positions: 2.  Start date: Immediately. Selection and interviews are ongoing, and the positions will be filled as soon as possible.  Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.
