We are looking for someone who wants to create security and stability for an adult with autism and special needs. You will play an important role in making everyday life work – ensuring that life includes calmness, structure, and joy.

This is a job for you who thrives when you can use both heart and mind. You need to be able to read situations, take initiative, and at the same time be patient and attentive.

We believe that you:

• Have experience or interest in working with individuals who have autism or ADHD
• Meet people with respect, calmness, and understanding
• Are responsible, stable, and enjoy creating routines
• Have a driver's license and access to a car
• Speak and write Swedish at a good level
• Enjoy being in a home with both dogs and cats

🕒 Job scope: Opportunity for part-time day/evening (waiting/sleeping on-call may occur)
