Working hours: Part-time with varying hours approximately 20 hours/week. (8-16 two days/week and every other Saturday 19-8 (sleeping on-call), or Sunday 12-19)

You should preferably have experience with clear pedagogical methods and be able to provide support in everyday life in a clear and present manner.

You should have a genuine interest in people. This means you are curious about different ways of communicating, have the ability to create security in the small things, and can contribute both warmth and structure when everyday life demands it.

You should be calm, secure, and possess the ability to navigate and simplify your communication style when situations require it. Sensitivity and intuition with a low-arousal approach work best.

There are also pets in the home, so you should be accustomed to both dogs and cats.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience working with autism, ADHD
• Has worked practically with low-arousal responses.
• Understands the importance of looking beyond the visible and addressing complex needs with respect and professionalism
• Has good knowledge of Swedish and a driver's license is required
• Is curious and wants to develop together with the team
