Quality Coordinator for Activity Requirements

We are looking for a quality coordinator for upcoming activity requirements who wants to contribute to strengthening our work towards a more evidence-based social services and upcoming activity requirements within the area of work and income support. You will drive quality development and ensure that our efforts maintain high standards in light of the transition that the upcoming activity requirements will entail. You will work closely with employees as support in their daily work.

The area of work & income support deals with labor market issues and financial assistance, aiming to help individuals who are outside the labor market to achieve self-sufficiency. Within the labor market unit, we have a Job Center as well as practical operations such as a service team, leisure bank, and an internal laundry.

• Has experience in systematic quality monitoring at the operational level.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

You will coordinate and manage the systematic and operational quality work of the area during the transition to an activity requirement.

Coordinate mapping, implement methods, follow up and evaluate efforts based on, among other things, the work method SMAIL (based on BIP).

Evaluate existing and new efforts within the area, providing close support to employees and managers in new processes and existing practices.

Conduct investigations and mappings that provide decision support and knowledge.

You will be part of the area's management group and represent the area in the administration's digitalization group. Your immediate supervisor is the area manager.

QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications:

• Relevant academic education or other training deemed equivalent.
• Several years of experience in process and operational development at the operational level.
• Excellent ability to express yourself verbally and in writing.
• Very good knowledge of Excel and experience in data collection, documentation, and analysis.
• Driver's license B - manual transmission.

Meritorious:

• Knowledge of the new Social Services Act and upcoming activity requirements within income support.
• Experience working in a public organization.
• Experience working in LifeCare.

This is a project employment for 1 year.
