Team Leader in Rehabilitation and Treatment Work

Your Responsibilities

As a team leader, you are responsible for the daily operational work together with other treatment staff. This means distributing tasks, guiding, supporting, and inspiring the team. You provide our treatment staff with the conditions to perform their work in the best possible way. You drive development issues and areas for improvement within the unit and work for a good work environment with a focus on quality, well-being, and legal security.

The position involves a lot of collaboration both internally and externally. Among other things, with other team leaders within social services, as well as collaboration with the Region and outpatient care. For you to thrive in the role, it is therefore important that you enjoy collaborating.

Your Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is a trained social educator with a focus on CBT or another equivalent relevant education. You have previous experience working with the target group of comorbidity and treatment work. We also see that you have experience in quality, development, and collaboration work. Since you will be driving in the role, you need a B driver's license.

You have a solution-focused approach and are motivated by meeting people with a high need for motivation. You are confident and attentive and can distinguish between the personal and the professional in your relationship with our clients. You are composed and have the ability to maintain focus on the right things in pressured situations.

We Offer

Within the Individual and Family Administration, we run accommodations for people with various types of dependency issues and mental health problems. Tennkronan is a support and motivation accommodation offering 17 places. The accommodation is aimed at men and women with dependency-related problems. Tennkronan is an alcohol- and drug-free accommodation with motivational initiatives to create conditions for an independent life.

Additional Information

The position is a full-time temporary position from April 1, 2026, to April 1, 2027.

In connection with the interview, you will need to verify your citizenship. You can do this with a passport or a personal certificate along with an ID document. If you are not a citizen of Sweden, the EU, EEA, or Switzerland, you must show that you have a valid work permit or are exempt from the requirement to have a work permit.
