Do you want to help create the best possible conditions for our students? We are now looking for an engaged teacher for our learning studio – an important part of the school's support activities. The learning studio acts as a complement to regular teaching and offers students the opportunity to work in smaller groups, focusing on support and security.

Your responsibilities

In the role of teacher in the learning studio, you will work closely with students who need extra support in their studies. You are responsible for creating a calm and structured learning environment where students can work on their tasks and develop their skills. The work involves teaching and providing support in several subjects, primarily core subjects, in smaller groups or individually. You collaborate with subject teachers and the student health team to find solutions that benefit students' learning. You are an important adult who contributes to security and study peace and who has the ability to motivate students to reach their goals. This means that you are a calm and secure person who understands that all students have different conditions and absorb knowledge in different ways. You are curious, driven, and enjoy tackling the challenges you face. To perform your job in the best way, we place great emphasis on development and collegial learning.

Your qualifications

We are looking for a qualified teacher with authorization in a core subject for the later years of primary school. It is an advantage if you have qualifications in multiple subjects.

As a person, you are secure and structured and have the ability to create good relationships and motivate students. You have a strong commitment to students' learning and enjoy working closely with colleagues in a team where collaboration is a given.

Interviews will be conducted on an ongoing basis.

Before you can be employed, you need to present an approved extract from the police's criminal record. In connection with the interview, you need to prove your citizenship. You can do this with a passport or personal certificate along with an ID document. If you are not a citizen of Sweden, the EU, EEA, or Switzerland, you must present that you have a valid work permit or are exempt from the obligation to have a work permit.
