ABOUT THE POSITION

We are currently seeking personal assistants for our client in Västerås. The position is 80–100% according to a rolling schedule. Start date is according to agreement, and we would like you to begin the introduction immediately.

Working hours are scheduled as follows:

• 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM
• 04:00 PM - 08:00 AM (sleeping on-call)

ABOUT THE CLIENT The client is a 54-year-old woman living in Västerås who has been diagnosed with ALS. She has a long background in healthcare. In her free time, she enjoys watching movies, being outdoors, shopping, and taking short trips when her energy allows.

The tasks are as follows:

• Assist with daily routines such as household chores
• Assist with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, and transfers

We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with people and can analyze the needs of others. You should also be attentive, proactive, solution-focused, and engaged. Personal suitability is highly valued. The client prefers female assistants!

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in healthcare and social services
• Healthcare education, such as nursing assistant or similar

Employment rate: 80-100%

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations according to collective agreements.
