ABOUT THE POSITION

As a Technical Writer, you will be a key person in a cross-functional team of about 7 people. The team consists of developers (fullstack), product owners, UX designers, business analysts, and a colleague working with tech writing and improvement work. You will join a project at an early stage, where your contribution will be crucial to ensure quality and documentation throughout the development cycle. The work takes place in an international environment where English is the working language. The team is diverse, with both experienced and newer employees, and is characterized by openness, collaboration, and a desire to continuously develop.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities

In this role, you will work to combine expertise in technical information management with rigorous quality assurance. You will ensure that technical documentation is accurate and accessible while planning tests for the systems to maintain the highest possible standards.

• Create and publish technical documentation for developers and end-users
• Work closely with developers, product owners, and other teams to ensure clear and accurate documentation
• Translate complex technical information into audience-appropriate content
• Plan and conduct tests focusing on user experience and quality
• Participate in requirements work and contribute to securing the quality perspective from start to delivery
• Contribute to the improvement of processes and working methods within documentation and QA

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Has several years of work experience in technical documentation
• Is used to shaping your own role and taking the initiative for improvements
• Has experience with basic coding where you have used React
• Has good communication skills and can adapt technical content to different target groups
• Has an understanding of information architecture and experience with CMS
• Is fluent in English as this language is used daily

It is a merit if you have

• Experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence as well as agile working methods
• Experience in quality assurance within software development
