• Implement and improve security configurations according to applicable standards (CIS, NIST, ISO 27001)
• Be a support and advisor in security issues for local teams
• Participate in audits, vulnerability work, and penetration testing
• Manage incidents in collaboration with SOC
• Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP
• Perform patch management via Ivanti EPM or WSUS and follow up on results
• Work in VMware environments including provisioning, resource management, and maintenance
• Contribute to operations, change management, and security hardening

• 2–5 years of experience in IT infrastructure or cybersecurity
• Knowledge of Windows Server, AD, and Group Policy
• Understanding of basic security principles
• Experience with patch management and vulnerability work
• Basic experience with VMware and PowerShell
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English

• Experience from industrial or production environments
• Familiarity with OT systems
• Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, Microsoft, or ISO 27001
• Experience with SIEM and incident management
