About the role As a Group Financial Controller, you will have a central role where you work with group accounting and help develop methods and routines within the accounting area. You will be part of Group Finance and work closely with the CFO and Group Chief Accountant. You will also have considerable contact with the finance departments in the group’s companies and become an important part of the reporting to management and owners.

Your main responsibilities:

• Group accounting and consolidation according to K3
• Contribute to the development and harmonization of accounting principles, routines, and processes
• Support subsidiaries in accounting and reporting issues
• Develop the group’s consolidation and reporting systems
• Participate in monthly and annual financial statements
• Perform analyses and reconciliations
• Be responsible for the parent company’s accounting

Your profile We are looking for someone with an academic degree in finance and several years of experience in auditing or who has worked with group consolidation in a larger company. You have a good understanding of accounting and consolidation tools and are an experienced user of Excel.

Experience in change and improvement work within the finance area is an advantage, as well as a digital mindset and curiosity about new tools and methods. You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, and are a structured and detail-oriented person who enjoys working independently – but also as part of a social and collaborative team. You have an analytical mindset, a sense of detail, and a genuine interest in understanding the overall flow of the group.
