The position includes the usual tasks for a medical administrator, such as medical documentation, patient administration, billing work, mail handling, and administrative support to other professional groups. The work is very varied and offers close collaboration with all professional groups in psychiatry.

You should be able to work independently, be solution-focused, and have a professional attitude. Contributing to the development and change projects of the organization is seen as a natural part of your work.

There is an opportunity to work remotely, but not during the introduction period or during the summer, Christmas, and New Year periods.

As we in Psychiatry care about our patients and value patient safety highly, we will request extracts from the suspicion and criminal records from the National Police Board in connection with the recruitment. A medical administrator education, medical secretary education, or medical secretary training is a requirement. You should have good knowledge of the Swedish language, be service-oriented, meticulous, and have good collaboration skills. You easily create good meetings with both patients and colleagues and enjoy working in a team.

You are open to development and enjoy working for continuous improvements in the organization and developing in your professional role. We will place great emphasis on personal suitability.
