About the position
Within the Medical Unit Radiology, we operate both in Huddinge and Solna, consisting of about 150 people at each site, including radiology nurses, nursing assistants, and radiologists. Parts of the operations are conducted around the clock and require the right competence at the right time.
The role of staffing assistant/Heroma reporter involves varied tasks. You have a central role in the unit's organization for staffing nursing personnel and/or radiologists. The work involves many contacts and close collaboration with colleagues within HR, payroll, and the unit's employees. You are part of a team consisting of two staffing assistants and several nursing managers or section managers where you are responsible for schedule and staffing planning in Heroma, both short- and long-term scheduling for the staff based on the needs of the operations. You ensure that the operations have the right staffing based on needs and competence. You support managers and employees in questions regarding working hours, absence, and staffing. You share tasks with the existing staffing assistant where you work both with operational and strategic staffing planning. You take initiative and participate in the development of routines and processes for staffing and scheduling, based on sustainable and healthy schedules. The role may also include other administrative tasks. It is a role for you who enjoy juggling many tasks, like solving problems, and want to contribute to the effective functioning of the unit every day.
We are currently looking for two staffing assistants, one located in Huddinge and one in Solna.

Qualifications
Requirements:
- Good experience working in Heroma (schedule planning, staffing, absence management, etc.)
- Good administrative skills and accustomed to working in a structured manner
- Good communication skills in both spoken and written form
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Knowledge of applicable collective agreements and working time regulations
Meritorious:
- Experience with the Tessa system
- Experience working with medical reporting
