Personal Assistants Wanted at Inspirera Assistans AB

Inspirera Assistans AB in Linköping is looking for Personal Assistants who want to join our Inspirera team.

We are looking for assistants who want to work extra as needed during the day/evening/night when our regular assistants are sick or need time off. This position is with our male client in his 30s residing in Mantorp. Immediate start.

The client has a decision for double assistance around the clock.

You will need to help the client with everything in his daily life such as transfers with a lift, hygiene, and tube feeding. The client has a brain injury that prevents him from communicating verbally. Everything regarding the client will be learned during the introduction.

Profile of the applicant:

• You must be 18 years or older.
• We are looking for someone who is calm, caring, and meticulous.
• You have experience working with people with disabilities.
• Must have Mobile BankID to approve your time report.
• Fluent in Swedish in both speech and writing. You should be able to represent the client in all healthcare contacts and document in writing in Swedish.
• Be attentive as the client cannot communicate.
• Be flexible.
• Experience with epilepsy is desirable.
• Reliable and able to keep time.

Job responsibilities include:

• The client needs help with all transfers that occur with a lift.
• Needs assistance and support with all daily living activities.
• Tube feeding.
• Support in planning the day and communicating on behalf of the client (such as activities, doctor visits, etc.).
• The client is in a wheelchair and cannot communicate verbally.

Other:

• You need to have Bank ID/Mobile Bank ID to view the schedule and sign your time report at the end of the month.
• Pay slips will be sent to Kivra.
• Selection is ongoing, so please apply in good time.

Salary and contract:

At Inspirera Assistans, we have individual salary setting, which means a fixed base salary per hour + vacation pay, as well as additional compensation for evenings, weekends, and nights.

We have a collective agreement with Kommunal/Vårdföretagarna branch G.
