SAAND Assistans AB operates in personal assistance, escorting, and household services. We currently have offices in Uppsala, Sundsvall, Solna, and Örebro, with the head office in Linköping.

We at SAAND are now looking for a dedicated and responsible personal assistant for a client in Linköping – a man in his 30s with extensive care needs. We are looking for someone who wants to make a difference in someone else's daily life and who enjoys working closely with people.

About the assignment

As a personal assistant, you will be an important support in the client's daily life. The tasks include:

• Personal care (help with personal hygiene and dressing)

• Transfers

• Tube feeding and medication

• Support in household chores

• Companion during activities, hospital visits, and training

There are clear routines regarding medication and training, which makes it important that you as an assistant are meticulous and attentive.

About you as a candidate

We would like you to have the following qualities and qualifications:

Personal qualities:

• Positive, proactive, and flexible

• Responsible and empathetic with the ability to respond calmly

• Attentive and patient

• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written

Desirable experience and education:

• Education in healthcare and social care is preferred

• Previous experience in personal assistance or work in healthcare is an advantage

Working hours and extent

We are looking for 1–2 substitutes as needed.

• Working hours vary between 07:00–19:30 or 21:00, and work occurs both on weekdays and weekends.

Other

• You must be able to speak and understand Swedish fluently

• We prefer applicants over 25 years old

• Start date is desired as soon as possible.
