About the position

At Olivia Personal Assistance, we are looking for someone who wants to work as a personal assistant for our client in Sturefors, 20 minutes from central Linköping. We offer a position of 25-50% during evenings and weekends. In case of colleagues' sick leave and vacations, there is also the possibility to work during the day. This position is perfect, for example, for you as a student!

The working hours are scheduled as follows:

  • 4:30 PM - 10:30 PM (weekdays)
  • 7:00 AM - 1:30 PM (weekends)

Start date is according to agreement, and we would like you to be able to start training immediately.

About the client

The client is a man in his 30s who lives in a villa with his wife and two small children. He has a great interest in sports and other social activities. Our client needs your help as an assistant in his daily life due to an acquired spinal cord injury.

In the client's daily life, the following tasks are included:

  • The assistant accompanies the client to his work and assists as needed
  • Pick up the children from school
  • Transfers, assistance, personal care, and household chores
  • Activities and socializing with the family

Are you the one the client is looking for?

We are looking for someone who is attentive, proactive, solution-focused, and engaged, as great importance is placed on personal suitability. 

Requirements:

  • No smoking during working hours
  • Fluent written and spoken Swedish
  • Driver's license and access to a car to get to the workplace

Merits:

  • Experience working as a personal assistant
  • Experience with children

Employment rate: 1 position at 25-50%.

Start date: Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. 

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.

Things to consider before your application:

A prerequisite for starting employment with Olivia is that you can present valid ID and submit a personal certificate as well as any documents that prove your right to work in Sweden. You can easily download a personal certificate from the Swedish Tax Agency's website. 

To work as a personal assistant, you must be at least 18 years old.
