You will work in the employer's home in Linköping and provide support in her daily life. The tasks include personal care, transfers, assistance with communication, household chores, and enabling an active and meaningful daily life. The work can be both physically and practically demanding, but also very close and significant.
We are looking for someone who:
Is a woman, as this is a request from the employer
Is calm, attentive, and secure in themselves
Has good empathetic skills and integrity
Has good communication skills and can collaborate in a team
Is reliable, flexible, and responsible
Preferably has experience in personal assistance or care – but this is not a requirement
