Commercial Excellence Specialist

In this role, you will act as the spider in the web, connecting strategic commercial initiatives and packaging them for our markets. You will use your analytical skills to stay one step ahead and ensure that market-leading PostNord TPL continues to be the obvious choice for our customers. As a Commercial Excellence Specialist, you will be based at our beautiful headquarters in Solna and report to the Central Business Development Manager. We apply hybrid work in the form that you will spend the majority of your time in the office but can work from home 1-2 days a week.
You, us, and the job
In the role of Commercial Excellence Specialist, you will strengthen and develop our commercial teams to grow in the market – by providing tools, insights, and a structure that drives performance in the areas of CRM, market analysis, customer insights, and sales support. In this role, you will have several responsibilities, including acting as a super-user for our CRM system, coordinating the annual customer survey (KVI), driving the development of sales tools, and producing materials for various industry events. You will have the opportunity to work with some of the industry's sharpest talents, and with the right attitude, there are good development opportunities within the entire PostNord group. As a Commercial Excellence Specialist, you will operate at the interface where data and best practices are translated into concrete actions!
What you will do
- Act as a super-user for Salesforce, where you will create dashboards and reports, ensure data quality, onboarding, and act as a requirements setter during system changes.
- Market analysis: Create an easy-to-read “market tracker” for key segments and produce monthly and quarterly analyses for the regions.
- Lead the customer survey (KVI): Design and conduct the annual survey, where you will manage various tools, segment, analyze results, and create reports for insights at different levels.
- Insights for commercial development: Be responsible for and update pitch materials, tender documents, templates for contracts and offers, win/loss analyses, and ensure a stringent fact base in a shared knowledge library.
- Project management of external marketing activities: Project manage messaging, booths, lead handling, CRM follow-up, and ROI reporting.
- Go-to-market support: Package concepts and solutions for regional teams to have a structured and unified message.
- Commercial structure & operational support: Provide support in planning sales conferences, quarterly reviews, and pipeline/forecast.

What you bring
- University or college degree in management, engineering, economics, technology, or equivalent.
- About 2 - 3 years of experience in commercial roles (commercial excellence/operations) with high demands on your analytical skills.
- Practical experience working with and creating reports from CRM tools; Salesforce is a plus, but equivalent tools are also of interest.
- Good knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel is vital.
- Previous experience with survey or questionnaire tools related to, e.g., market analysis is a plus.
- Previous experience in supply chain, logistics, e-commerce, or retail is highly meritorious but not a requirement.
