About the Position

We are looking for an engaged support assistant or care assistant for the Unit for Functional Support within the Social and Care Administration. With us, you will have the opportunity to make a difference in people's lives and contribute to a safe and supportive environment for our users.

The position is based at the group home Linden according to Section 9 § 9 LSS with regular duties, which include performing care/support interventions and delegated health and medical care interventions, as well as ensuring that the individual needs of the users are met.

The position is a night shift, permanent full-time with immediate start or as agreed. Working hours are scheduled at night during both weekdays and weekends.

Qualifications

We expect that you have formal qualifications as a care assistant from the care program, child and leisure program, or other education that the employer considers equivalent. Documented experience from the area of functional support is an advantage.

After introduction, you should be able to work in our operational system and other IT systems used by the organization. To function well in the role, you need to work in a low-arousal manner, see solutions instead of problems, and be responsible. Since you will be working alone at night, it is important that you enjoy working independently. Documentation is an important part of the job, and therefore it is a requirement to communicate in Swedish, both spoken and written. We will place great emphasis on personal suitability!
