Description of the Operations
The Children and Education department in Robertsfors has established a new administrative team in 2025 that will provide equal and qualitative support to all our operations.
The team is responsible for areas such as statistics, finance, system management, school transport, processing, scheduling, and substitute procurement, and works together to deliver good service both internally and externally.
As part of the team, you will help further develop working methods, routines, and structures in an organization that is moving forward.
Your Assignment
In your role, you will work with scheduling school timetables, substitute procurement, and other administrative tasks. Together in the team, we are responsible for ensuring effective and equal support to the operations.
Your Skills and Experience
You have:
- Approved high school education
- Experience working as an administrator
- Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
- Good computer skills and experience with Office 365
It is meritorious if you have:
- University education or other further education in a relevant field
- Experience working in Skola24
- Experience in substitute procurement
