Sales Receptionist at Nordic Wellness Holmsund/Sävar

Nordic Wellness is Sweden's largest wellness chain with nearly 370 clubs and several padel facilities across the country. We are now looking for a sales receptionist for Nordic Wellness Holmsund and Sävar. Are you a service-oriented person with drive and commitment? Do you want to help create an inspiring training environment where our members feel welcome and motivated? Then this could be the job for you!

Part-time at our facilities in Holmsund and Sävar In a role where service, sales, and member contact are the focus With varying working hours, including evenings and weekends

About the role

As a sales receptionist, you are the face of the club and responsible for creating a welcoming and inspiring environment. You ensure that every member receives a first-class training experience and that the facility always maintains the highest quality.

Your tasks include:

• Welcoming and assisting members and guests
• Creating a clean, fresh, and pleasant environment at the facility
• Handling sales of memberships and products
• Contributing to a family-like and positive atmosphere
• Ensuring order and tidiness in the reception and gym

The work is varied and requires you to be flexible and self-driven. No day is the same, and you will play an important role in creating the best possible training experience for our members.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who:

Is 18 years or older Thrives in meeting people and building good relationships Has a positive and service-oriented attitude Is flexible and can work both daytime, evenings, and weekends Is self-driven, takes initiative, and sees what needs to be done Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

Previous experience in service or sales is an advantage but not a requirement. The most important thing is your attitude, energy, and willingness to develop!
