We are now looking for an Economic Administrator

Location: Holmsund • Start: January 2026 • Scope: Full-time

Fodercentralen continues to grow – and now we are looking for a structured, confident, and self-sufficient Economic Administrator who wants to be an important part of our finance and administration function. With us, you will work closely with both the business and the finance team, playing a central role in our daily operations at the office.

Marianne, who currently holds the position, will retire in the spring of 2026, and you will therefore have a generous and secure handover with her.

Your responsibilities

In the role of Economic Administrator, you will work with:

Finance & administration

  • Invoice management for customers and suppliers in our invoicing system MediusGo
  • VAT reporting
  • Compilation of internal time reporting
  • Registration and balance management of incoming deliveries in our business system Jeeves

Service & coordination

  • Answering the switchboard, handling incoming emails and simpler customer orders
  • Ordering consumables and office supplies
  • Collaborating closely with other members of the finance team and supporting the business in administrative matters

This is a role for you who enjoys order, structure, and being the hub that keeps the flow functioning.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has experience in similar administrative or finance-related roles
  • Has worked with VAT reporting
  • Is self-sufficient and confident in prioritizing your tasks
  • Has a positive drive, is solution-oriented, and enjoys a role with a lot of variety

  • If you are a suitable candidate for the position, you will be personally contacted by the responsible person at Northern Skill
  • After initial contact with Northern Skill, an interview will take place on-site at Fodercentralen with the Site Manager
  • As a continuation, another meeting will be held with both the Site Manager and other relevant members of the finance team
