About Us

LTU Business is Northern Sweden's largest business development company. We work on behalf of both companies, the public sector, and universities to drive development in the region. Our assignments range from commercial strategies and innovations to societal transformation and collaboration between different actors.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who is analytical, collaborative, and takes responsibility for their work. You thrive in project environments, can handle multiple assignments simultaneously, and switch between working independently and in teams.

You enjoy seeing results – whether it involves planning a workshop, contributing new perspectives, keeping a process or project together, or delivering a clear decision basis. You are used to delving into complex issues, meeting people from different backgrounds, and creating structure in what is unclear.

Our Work Environment

We are about 35 employees with diverse backgrounds and experiences. Here you will find both recent graduates and senior consultants. With us, you will work on a mix of short-term assignments and longer projects, with the opportunity to influence your direction and development.
