Your workplace will be within the home care areas of Järva and Hässelby/Vällingby, where we operate from the office located at Krossgatan 36, Vällingby. Our customers are in the local area, and we travel on foot or by bike/car.

Job Description

As a nursing assistant in home care, you provide good care and social support. Your tasks involve helping and supporting the customer in daily life to promote and meet the customer's functional ability to receive help with social contacts and well-being. As a nursing assistant, you will also participate in care planning as a contact person. An important part of the job is to document and register the customer's assistance in a safe and secure manner to ensure that the customer receives their approved assistance according to the assistance decision.

Qualifications

For this position, you are required to have:

Nursing assistant education

Driver's license

Experience in home care:

Knowledge of registration from the municipality's various digital systems and implementation plans.

Other

Positions are filled continuously.

The position is a probationary employment for 6 months.
