SWEDEGG is a family-owned company that produces eggs from free-range hens in Östergötland and Skåne. We control the entire chain – from farm to store – and pack the eggs directly on the farm, then deliver them with our own vehicles and drivers. Our brand directly from the farmer stands for proximity, taste, and sustainability.

Responsibilities

As an operations manager, you are the heart of the farm's operations. Your main responsibilities include:

  • Leading and planning the daily work for packing workers and animal caretakers.
  • Self-checks
  • Responsible for operations and maintenance: Conduct rounds, plan actions, and ensure cleaning and maintenance.
  • Quality assurance and documentation: Responsible for controls, calibration of machines,
  • Classification/labeling of egg packaging and documentation of temperatures, inventory levels, and records.
  • Collaborate daily with drivers and salespeople

Qualifications

  • Experience in leadership (Required), preferably within livestock or food production.
  • Knowledge of food safety (HACCP/IP/ISO) is an advantage.
  • Excellent skills in Excel and good organizational ability.
  • Swedish and English in spoken and written form.
  • Driving license C2 is an advantage
