Your Role

The Aeronautics business unit Advanced Programs is growing, and we want to bring in more engaged colleagues who want to be part of our journey. Our mission is to explore and demonstrate the capabilities of future combat aircraft systems. We are now looking for systems engineers to the Overall Design section who want to work with the entirety of technical solutions that make up the future combat aircraft systems, in close collaboration with other parts of the development department. You will work with a holistic perspective through, for example, investigative work and demonstrator activities. You will also be involved in proposing and further developing methods, methodologies, and tools for the systems involved. Your Profile

For this position, we are looking for someone who is a civil engineer or equivalent, and it is advantageous if you have experience working with technically complex systems and products. To thrive and succeed in the role, you should be willing to break new ground and not be afraid to explore new technologies and working methods. We believe you have a strong self-drive to achieve results and a communicative and attentive manner. Being able to communicate and document in both Swedish and English is a requirement.

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable regulations for security protection. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, there may be requirements for certain citizenship.
