At Tekniska verken, you will help enable the new electrification – from solar parks and battery storage to charging infrastructure and industrial projects. We are now looking for someone who wants to help shape how the energy systems of the future are connected – technically, sustainably, and in close dialogue with customers.

About the role

As a specialist in customer and grid connections, you will work at the intersection of technology, customers, and network development. You will be responsible for technical assessments and coordination of complex connection cases – acting as the link between customer needs and the conditions of the power grid. In close collaboration with internal teams and external contractors, you will ensure that customer needs meet the conditions of the power grid in a sustainable and future-proof manner. Your days will be filled with varied and significant tasks, including:

• Handling customer and grid connections
• Connection projects related to battery storage, solar parks, charging infrastructure, and industrial electrification
• Coordination between customers, internal network and project teams, and contractors
• Dialogue, advice, and guidance throughout the connection process
• Development of working methods, technology, and processes within connections

Are you the one we are looking for?

We are looking for someone who enjoys managing multiple tasks simultaneously, creating structure, and driving work forward. You value collaboration and find it easy to build relationships and trust in your interactions with others. With engagement and initiative, you find solutions even when circumstances change.

Experience you bring and share with us:

• Technical education in electrical engineering, energy, power engineering, or equivalent, or other experience that can be deemed equivalent
• Experience in administrative work and customer dialogue
• Good system proficiency (preferably within C7, elsmart, and similar)
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both written and spoken
• Driver's license (B)

Experience in power grids, grid connections, energy projects, or similar areas is advantageous.
