Information about the position
Professionals Nord, in collaboration with Elektromontage, is seeking a Project Coordinator. In this role, you will work closely with project managers and serve as operational support throughout the project's lifecycle. You will be based in Söderköping and become a natural part of the project and production flow, in a team with short decision-making paths and a high pace of change. The focus is on creating structure, following up on activities, and ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks.

The assignment is part of our staffing services, where you will initially be employed by Professionals Nord and work as a consultant at Elektromontage for at least six months. The intention is that you, in the long run, will be able to be employed directly by Elektromontage, provided that all parties are satisfied with the collaboration.

Job responsibilities

• Support project managers in several parallel projects with planning, replanning, and follow-up
• Ensure that customer materials, documentation, and project materials are complete and up to date
• Administrative project support, for example in Monitor (resource planning, activities, deliveries)
• Participate in customer dialogue, meetings, and follow-ups regarding status and changes
• Support during delivery, project closure, and documentation after project completion

We are looking for someone who has

• Previous work experience in project support, administration, or work in a project-intensive environment – preferably within technology, production, or industry.
• A technical interest and a willingness to learn are important.
• Very good knowledge of both Swedish and English
• Very good knowledge of the Office suite
