For our client Siemens Energy, a leading global player in the energy sector, we are now looking for a Test Project Manager for R&D for an assignment at their site in Finspång. Thanks to high-tech and innovative product development, the company is an established partner in the energy sector that delivers advanced and sustainable solutions for the current and future needs of the market. Through this assignment, you will have the opportunity to work in an international and forward-thinking environment where development opportunities are many. This is initially a consulting assignment for 12 months via Unik Resurs with a very good possibility of extension. We apply rolling selection, which means that the assignment may be filled earlier than the application deadline.

Responsibilities and Duties

As a Test Project Manager, you will work both independently and in teams, where tasks are adapted according to project timelines and needs. You will, among other things:

Drive cross-functional test projects in close collaboration with several disciplines within the organization and manage risks that arise during the project.
Build networks and interact with stakeholders such as order delivery teams, product owners, customers, and other R&D departments.
Be responsible for the entire test project execution, including budget, timeline, as well as planning and execution of testing and validation.
Lead, plan, and follow up on the tests and validation trials to be conducted.
Have financial responsibility with tasks such as budgeting and financial follow-up.
Continuously develop in the role through follow-ups of your individual development plan together with your manager.
