We are looking for a dedicated and meticulous intranet editor for a consulting assignment with a larger public entity. Their intranet is a critical tool for internal communication and digital collaboration. A modernization and migration to a new technical environment is currently underway, and we are looking for someone who wants to contribute with structure, precision, and a sense of content!

About the assignment

You will be an important part of the team preparing the intranet for a comprehensive migration to a new platform environment. The work involves planning, adjusting, and quality-assuring content to facilitate the move. Together with the development team, you will plan which pages and changes need to be handled, carry out editorial updates, and document which pages have been completed.

Opportunity to work remotely two days a week.

Start: November 17 or as soon as possible. End: January 30, 2026, with a chance for extension

• Plan together with the development team which pages and changes will be implemented
• Perform editorial adjustments of pages, including modules, decorations, and design adaptations
• Document changes made and create materials for follow-up to contribute to an improved user experience on the intranet

• Experience working with common publishing tools for web and intranet
• Experience planning and preparing content for technical migrations
• Experience in content analysis, metadata management, and structural changes
• Ability to document content status and migration needs clearly and systematically
• Contract will be signed directly with the company the consultant is employed by

• Experience with intranet projects and internal digital services
• Experience with migration projects, preferably using agile methods
• Familiarity with the publishing tool Sitevision
