Your Role
We are looking for an engaged and service-oriented Junior Advisor for an exciting consulting assignment with an international and socially significant player in the energy and technology sector. In this role, you will hold a key position in the recruitment and management of external consultants, subcontractors, and temporary employees. You will start by supporting senior colleagues in the team and gradually take on more responsibility as you learn the systems, processes, and legislation.

Your Responsibilities
Support managers throughout the external recruitment process – from needs analysis to assignment follow-up.
Ensure that internal policies and legal requirements, such as the consultant law, are followed at all stages of the process.
Act as a contact person for external suppliers, internal clients, and recruitment partners.
Manage and follow up on assignment requests in systems such as SAP and Vendor Management System.
Contribute to the development and improvement of routines, processes, and working methods.
Collaborate with senior colleagues and lawyers on more complex cases.
You will be part of an engaged and multicultural team that works closely with several European offices – where knowledge sharing, collaboration, and development are in focus.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, we see that you have:
Relevant education in HR, human resource management, or a related field.
At least 1 year of experience in HR, recruitment, consulting administration, or a similar field.
Basic understanding of Swedish labor law and regulations regarding external staffing.
Good system skills, preferably experience with Office 365, SAP, or similar systems.
Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Desirable Experience
Experience working in a larger international organization.
Previous work in a coordinating role with many contact points.
Experience with Vendor Management Systems (VMS) or consulting brokerage.
Interest in process development and digitalization of HR flows.
Location
The role is based in Stockholm and involves collaboration with colleagues in several European countries. There is an opportunity for hybrid work.
Timeline and Scope
Start: December 1, 2025 Scope: Full-time, 100%
Assignment Length: 6 months, with the possibility of extension
