About Villa Tilda

We at Agaton Omsorg are proud to offer top modern and newly built accommodation for those in need at Villa Tilda's Psychiatric Residence. Villa Tilda is quietly located in Alingsås, close to the center and community services.

The residence has 16 places where each resident has their own apartment with a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. In addition, there are common areas such as a kitchen/dining area and communal spaces.

Support is designed for those living in the residence to enable them to live as independently as possible with a varied content regarding employment, activities, and community. Each resident is assigned a contact person responsible for planning, implementation, and follow-up regarding the resident.

About the Role

As a Support Staff, you are an important part of the lives of the people living at Villa Tilda and a guarantee that our working methods and approach towards our customers follow Agaton Omsorg's pedagogical philosophy. Our goal is to make today better than yesterday for the individuals we have the privilege to care for.

We are looking for someone with care and support education or equivalent. We would like you to have experience in similar work within, for example, social psychiatry, psychiatric inpatient care, care, and support, or similar. Experience in low-arousal approaches and clarifying pedagogy is an advantage.

We are looking for:

We are now looking for a Support Staff, part-time.

Working hours include days, evenings, nights, and weekends.

Probationary employment for 6 months.

Start date as soon as possible by agreement.

We are looking for someone with relevant education in psychiatry/care and support (e.g., nursing assistant with or without a focus on psychiatry, caregiver, treatment educator, social educator, support educator) and experience from psychiatric and/or care operations according to SoL/LSS.

You have documented experience of working in similar operations and can provide good references.

It is advantageous if you have knowledge and experience in low-arousal approaches and clarifying pedagogy and/or ESL (An independent life).

A driving license (B) is advantageous.
