About the Job

Do you want to help develop a dynamic and exciting workplace? Mora Park is now looking for a structured, flexible, and communicative Operations Coordinator.

About Us

Mora Park is a small organization that operates children's homes according to LSS 9§8 and adapted primary school for grades 1-9. Our operations are located just outside Södertälje, in Järna and Hölö. Mora Park is about to expand its operations in nearby areas.

About the Position

As an Operations Coordinator, you will be part of Mora Park's staff. The role is new at Mora Park and will therefore develop over time. The tasks include, among others:

- Supporting group leaders in scheduling.

- Working closely with the managers of the homes and school leadership.

- Communication is a central role; you will drive and develop our communication on the website and social media.

- You will collaborate closely with the management team regarding both the home and school.

- Conducting introductions for group leaders.

- Participating in house meetings/team meetings as needed.

- You will play an important role in the opening of new homes.

- On-call duties

Employment Conditions

The position is a permanent employment, with a six-month probationary period. Employment rate is 80-100%. Start date according to agreement. Of course, we have a collective agreement!

Mora Park applies competence-based recruitment, and for this position it is required that you have:

- Experience in care operations within LSS.

- Experience in personnel planning and scheduling.

- Experience with digital systems (we use Flex HRM and Rätt Spår).

- A valid driver's license (B).

It is meritorious if you have experience in managing and developing websites and social media.
